Patton 4552 + ricerca automatica

ciao a tutti,
sono nuovo da queste parti, ho un problema con (penso) telecom e un paio di gateway patton. Fino a ieri tutto funzionava.
Abbiamo però richiesto e ottenuto ieri l'attivazione della ricerca automatica tra le 2 borchie ISDN.

Risultato: i 2 gateway on vedono più le linee. Come segnalato da telecom ho impostato i 2 gateway come PP ma non ho risolto nulla! di seguito la configurazione di uno dei 2 gateway:

Ciao,
quante borchie Telecom hai? I Patton a quali e quante borchie sono collegati? Di solito si imposta una borchia in ricerca automatica (quindi PP) su un'altra che rimane PMP.

l'allarme sembra essere rientrato.
I tecnici telecom hanno passato metà mattinata a dare la colpa a me, poi a dire "stiamo verificando" per poi disattivare la R.A. e segnalare un guasto sulle borchie.

Comunque le borchie sono 2, ho 2 patton 4552 (presi in tempi differenti), entrambi ora vanno benone (sono entrambi in PMP).
In teoria quando riattiveranno il tutto dovrebbe bastare impostarli punto punto giusto?
